Applied Management Consulting (AMC) provides sourcing strategy and process improvement consulting services to corporations in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Operating as an independent third-party, AMC brings industry experience, process and service delivery expertise and best-practice knowledge for the benefit of its clients to assess, recommend and help implement sourcing and process improvement opportunities. Established in 2002 and registered in the state of North Carolina, AMC operates formally under Applied Consulting, LLC.
We partner with clients to develop strategies and solutions that meet the needs of their organizations. We maintain relationships with top-tier suppliers who bid on services for our clients and with legal firms who specialize in outsourcing transations, but are indebted to none. Our independence maintains the trust and confidence that our clients and their shareholders expect.
Our experience has served clients within industries such as banking, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, government, insurance and transportation throughout North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
AMC consists of management consultants with a minimum of 15 years of sourcing industry or process improvement experience. We staff client engagements with experienced and competent resources to ensure that the results to which we commit are the results the client receives.

AMC is consistently improving methodologies and intellectual capital to build our clients' confidence in what we propose and deliver.
